Daniel S. Rubin founded Rubin Law, P.C. with the goal of providing superior counsel to those in need. Daniel is absolutely dedicated to getting the best possible outcomes for his clients. Over the last ten years, Daniel litigated and resolved over 200 cases – from confidential federal fraud investigations to conventional DUIs. Daniel also uniquely adapts and applies lessons he has learned through trying high-stakes civil matters to benefit his clients. Before becoming a member of the California Bar, Daniel competed on behalf of Whittier Law School as a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Board. And, as a native Angelino and second-generation criminal defense attorney, Daniel is recognized throughout courthouses in Southern California. Daniel has also been repeatedly honored by his peers as a “Rising Star” criminal defense attorney since 2019.
